Responsibilities
- Efficiently stock, organize, and rotate merchandise in premium retail settings
- Operate inventory management systems with precision and accuracy
- Maintain impeccable store cleanliness and safety standards
- Collaborate with overnight teams to ensure seamless operations
- Execute plan-o-grams and visual merchandising directives
- Conduct quality checks on incoming and outgoing inventory
- Support seasonal inventory audits and stock reconciliation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in retail stocking or warehouse operations
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work 4:00 AM - 12:30 PM shifts
- Basic proficiency with inventory software (RF scanning experience preferred)
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High school diploma or equivalent required
