Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming merchandise in the stockroom and sales floor
- Stock shelves, displays, and coolers according to planogram standards
- Rotate inventory to ensure freshness and proper FIFO compliance
- Perform daily inventory counts and report discrepancies to management
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized stockroom and sales areas
- Collaborate with overnight team to ensure seamless store preparation
- Operate pallet jacks and other stocking equipment safely
- Assist with price marking and promotional signage placement
Qualifications
- Previous retail or stocking experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Early morning availability (shifts typically 4:00 AM - 8:00 AM)
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Valid driver's license (if operating company vehicles)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation to and from work location
