Responsibilities
- Unload and sort incoming merchandise shipments with accuracy and speed
- Stock shelves, displays, and backroom areas according to planogram guidelines
- Rotate products to ensure freshness and proper inventory management
- Collaborate with overnight team to maintain organized storage systems
- Conduct cycle counts and report inventory discrepancies to management
- Maintain clean and safe work environments in all stock areas
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely
Qualifications
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Availability to work early morning shifts (typically 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM)
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
