Responsibilities
- Unload and sort incoming merchandise from delivery trucks
- Stock shelves, coolers, and display areas according to planograms
- Rotate inventory to ensure freshness and proper stock rotation
- Collaborate with overnight team to maintain store cleanliness and safety
- Assist with inventory counts and stockroom organization
- Operate pallet jacks and material handling equipment safely
- Report maintenance issues or stock discrepancies to supervisors
Qualifications
- Ability to work shifts starting between 4:00 AM - 6:00 AM
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Attention to detail for accurate stocking
- Previous retail or warehouse experience preferred
- Reliable transportation to early morning shifts
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
