Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming merchandise shipments during early morning hours
- Stock shelves and display areas following inventory rotation standards (FIFO)
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized stockroom and sales floor areas
- Operate pallet jacks and basic warehouse equipment safely
- Assist with inventory counts and stock reconciliation tasks
- Collaborate with overnight team to prioritize stocking assignments
- Monitor product freshness and report spoilage or damage immediately
Qualifications
- Ability to work consistently from 4:00 AM to 12:00 PM
- Previous stocking, warehouse, or retail experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent required
