Responsibilities
- Unload and organize merchandise deliveries in the early morning hours (4:00 AM - 8:00 AM)
- Stock shelves, displays, and coolers according to planogram specifications
- Rotate stock to ensure proper FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory management
- Collaborate with overnight crew to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient stockroom
- Use handheld scanners and inventory management software for accurate tracking
- Report inventory discrepancies and damaged goods to the department manager
- Assist with price marking and promotional displays as needed
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently during early morning hours (4:00 AM start time)
- Previous stocking or retail experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with inventory scanning systems
- Reliable transportation to early morning shifts
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Must pass background check and drug screening
