Responsibilities
- Unload and sort incoming merchandise deliveries in a timely manner
- Stock shelves, coolers, and displays according to planogram standards
- Rotate stock to ensure freshness and maintain inventory accuracy
- Collaborate with overnight team to maintain store cleanliness and safety
- Operate pallet jacks and stocking equipment efficiently
- Assist with inventory counts and replenishment processes
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Experience with inventory management or stocking preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation for early morning shifts (4:00 AM start)
- Basic math skills for inventory tasks
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Previous retail or warehouse experience a plus
