Responsibilities
- Unload and sort merchandise deliveries in the early morning hours (4:00 AM - 10:00 AM)
- Stock shelves, displays, and storage areas according to planogram specifications
- Ensure all products are accurately priced and labeled before customer arrival
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe stockroom environments
- Collaborate with overnight team to optimize inventory flow
- Operate pallet jacks and stocking equipment efficiently and safely
- Report inventory discrepancies to management immediately
Qualifications
- Previous stocking or retail experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation for early morning shifts
- Basic math proficiency for inventory tasks
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of store presentation
