Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming merchandise shipments before store opening
- Efficiently stock shelves and display areas following inventory guidelines
- Ensure proper rotation of perishable goods to maintain freshness
- Maintain clean, organized stockroom and sales floor standards
- Collaborate with overnight team to optimize stocking workflows
- Report inventory discrepancies and damaged goods to management
- Safely operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts)
Qualifications
- Availability to work 4:00 AM - 1:00 PM shifts (Monday-Friday)
- Previous stocking/warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license (equipment operation)
- Reliable transportation to early morning shifts
