Responsibilities
- Stock shelves, coolers, and display areas with merchandise before store opening
- Organize inventory and maintain backroom cleanliness
- Operate pallet jacks and stocking equipment safely
- Collaborate with overnight team for seamless operations
- Adhere to safety protocols and merchandising standards
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counting tasks
- Communicate stock shortages to department leads
Qualifications
- Available to work 4:00 AM - 9:00 AM shifts
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Reliable transportation to Columbus locations
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Positive attitude and customer service mindset
- 1+ years stocking/retail experience preferred
