Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming merchandise using provided equipment (pallet jacks, rolling ladders, etc.)
- Stock shelves, coolers, and display areas according to planograms
- Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies to management
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe stockroom environments
- Operate warehouse equipment following OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with overnight crew to ensure seamless store transitions
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Reliable early morning availability (3:00 AM - 11:00 AM)
- Basic inventory management experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Valid California Driver's License (if operating company vehicles)
