Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and assisting with product selection.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Maintain the visual appearance of the sales floor, including restocking shelves and folding merchandise to meet company standards.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving shipments and organizing stockrooms.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless shopping experience for all customers.
- Follow all safety and security protocols to ensure a safe shopping environment.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse clientele.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help customers succeed.
