Responsibilities
- Efficiently stock shelves, coolers, and displays with incoming merchandise
- Organize inventory according to freshness and rotation standards
- Operate pallet jacks and maintain warehouse cleanliness
- Collaborate with overnight team for seamless store operations
- Conduct basic inventory counts and report discrepancies
- Adhere to safety protocols and food handling guidelines
- Coordinate with remote team leads via digital communication tools
Qualifications
- Early morning availability (2:00 AM - 10:00 AM shifts)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic inventory management knowledge
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Reliable transportation to Milwaukee location
- Comfortable using digital scheduling platforms
- Previous retail or warehouse experience preferred
