Responsibilities
- Unload and organize merchandise deliveries in the early morning hours (4 AM - 10 AM)
- Stock shelves, displays, and coolers according to planogram standards
- Rotate inventory to ensure product freshness and FIFO compliance
- Maintain clean and organized stockroom areas
- Collaborate with overnight team for seamless store operations
- Report inventory discrepancies to department manager
- Operate pallet jacks and lifting equipment safely
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic math skills for inventory counts
- Reliable transportation for early morning shifts
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Availability for 4 AM start times, Monday-Friday
