Responsibilities
- Unload and organize merchandise deliveries in the early morning hours (4:00 AM - 10:00 AM)
- Stock shelves with accuracy and maintain proper inventory rotation
- Ensure store appearance meets visual standards during stocking operations
- Collaborate with overnight team to prioritize stocking tasks
- Operate pallet jacks and inventory management systems safely
- Report stock discrepancies and damaged merchandise to supervisors
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in all stocking areas
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during early hours
- Previous retail or warehouse stocking experience preferred
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
