Responsibilities
- Unload and organize merchandise from delivery trucks
- Stock shelves and display areas following company standards
- Rotate inventory to maintain freshness and minimize waste
- Conduct basic inventory counts and report discrepancies
- Maintain clean and organized stockroom and sales floor
- Collaborate with overnight team to achieve stocking goals
- Adhere to safety protocols for heavy lifting and equipment use
Qualifications
- Must be available to work 4:00 AM - 12:30 PM shifts
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation for early morning shifts
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
