Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and organize incoming merchandise according to company standards
- Stock shelves, displays, and backroom areas efficiently and accurately
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to management
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work environments
- Collaborate with overnight teams to ensure seamless operations
- Adhere to safety protocols and merchandising guidelines
- Assist with price marking and promotional set-ups as needed
Qualifications
- Early morning availability (3:00 AM - 11:00 AM shifts)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Previous retail or stocking experience preferred
- Valid driver's license reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and commitment to safety
