Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming merchandise using provided equipment (pallet jacks, box cutters, ladders)
- Stock shelves, coolers, and displays according to planogram guidelines
- Rotate inventory to ensure freshness and proper stock rotation
- Maintain clean, organized stockroom and sales floor during shift
- Operate retail equipment safely and efficiently
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed
- Communicate stock shortages or inventory discrepancies to supervisors
Qualifications
- Ability to work 4-6 hour shifts starting between 3:00 AM - 6:00 AM
- Previous stocker, warehouse, or retail experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly with provided equipment
- Basic math skills for inventory and stock rotation
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willingness to use provided safety equipment (non-slip shoes, gloves)
