Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming merchandise from delivery trucks
- Stock shelves, displays, and coolers according to planogram standards
- Rotate inventory to ensure freshness and minimize waste
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work environments
- Assist with inventory counts and stock reconciliation
- Collaborate with overnight team members for seamless operations
- Follow safety protocols and company merchandising guidelines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Early morning availability (start times typically 4:00-5:00 AM)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic math and inventory management skills
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
