Responsibilities
- Unload and merchandise shipments accurately and efficiently
- Organize and stock products according to planogram standards
- Maintain clean, orderly stockroom and sales floor areas
- Operate inventory scanning systems and update stock records
- Collaborate with overnight team for seamless workflow
- Adhere to safety protocols and loss prevention standards
- Assist with price marking and promotional displays
Qualifications
- Previous retail or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Availability to work 4:00 AM - 12:30 PM shifts
- Basic computer literacy and inventory system knowledge
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Background check and drug screening required
