Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming merchandise in a timely manner
- Stock shelves, displays, and backroom areas according to company standards
- Rotate products to ensure freshness and proper inventory management
- Maintain clean and organized storage areas and sales floors
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with overnight team to ensure seamless operations
- Report inventory discrepancies and damaged goods to supervisors
Qualifications
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Availability to work early morning shifts (3:00 AM - 11:00 AM)
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Reliable transportation to early shifts
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Pass background check and drug screening
