Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming shipments in climate-controlled warehouse
- Stock shelves according to planograms and visual standards
- Rotate inventory to ensure FIFO compliance and freshness
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and digital records
- Collaborate with overnight team for seamless store prep
- Operate pallet jacks and basic warehouse equipment
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and store policies
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 6+ hours
- Reliable transportation for 4-6 AM shift availability
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Previous stocking/warehouse experience preferred
