Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming shipments in the early morning hours (4:00 AM - 10:00 AM)
- Stock shelves and displays according to planogram specifications
- Rotate inventory to ensure product freshness and proper stock levels
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work environments in stockroom and sales floor
- Collaborate with overnight team to coordinate stocking priorities
- Conduct basic inventory counts and report discrepancies
- Operate pallet jacks and stocking equipment safely
Qualifications
- Availability to work early morning shifts (4:00 AM start)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to Raleigh location
- Previous retail or stocking experience preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license (if operating company vehicles)
