Responsibilities
- Unload and organize merchandise deliveries before store opening
- Stock shelves and displays according to planograms
- Rotate inventory to ensure freshness and compliance
- Maintain clean, organized stockroom and sales floor
- Operate pallet jacks and basic warehouse equipment
- Collaborate with overnight team for seamless transitions
- Conduct inventory counts and stock reconciliation
Qualifications
- Availability for 4-6am shifts with flexible scheduling
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic math and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and efficiency
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
