Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming merchandise with speed and accuracy
- Stock shelves, displays, and coolers following planogram guidelines
- Rotate inventory to ensure freshness and proper stock rotation
- Collaborate with overnight team for seamless workflow transitions
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized stockroom conditions
- Conduct basic inventory counts and report discrepancies
- Operate pallet jacks and stocking equipment safely
Qualifications
- Availability to work 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM shifts
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic math and inventory knowledge
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Forklift certification a plus
