Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming shipments with precision
- Stock shelves according to planogram standards
- Rotate inventory to ensure freshness and compliance
- Maintain clean, organized stockroom and sales floor
- Operate pallet jacks and inventory systems safely
- Collaborate with overnight team for efficient operations
- Report inventory discrepancies to management
Qualifications
- Ability to work 4:00 AM - 8:00 AM shifts (flexible scheduling)
- Basic math and inventory skills
- Physical stamina for lifting (up to 50 lbs)
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation
- Previous retail/stocking experience preferred
