Responsibilities
- Restock shelves and product displays to ensure a fully stocked, appealing store environment.
- Organize inventory in a logical, customer-friendly manner and rotate stock to ensure freshness.
- Perform daily inventory counts and update stock logs accurately.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace while adhering to all safety protocols.
- Assist in unloading deliveries and preparing merchandise for the sales floor.
- Collaborate with the management team to meet daily stocking goals and operational standards.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work early morning shifts (e.g., 5:00 AM - 1:00 PM).
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and pricing.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Previous experience in retail, stocking, or warehouse operations is a plus but not required.
