Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming merchandise in the early morning shift (4:00 AM - 12:00 PM)
- Stock shelves, displays, and coolers according to company standards
- Rotate inventory using FIFO methods to ensure product freshness
- Maintain clean and organized stockroom and sales floor areas
- Operate pallet jacks and safely lift up to 50 lbs
- Collaborate with overnight crew for seamless store operations
- Report inventory discrepancies to department manager
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous retail or stocking experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift heavy items
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Basic math skills for inventory tasks
- Positive attitude and teamwork-oriented mindset
- Willingness to work early morning hours
