Responsibilities
- Unload and organize merchandise deliveries in the early morning hours (4:00 AM - 10:00 AM)
- Stock shelves, displays, and coolers according to planograms and safety standards
- Rotate inventory to ensure freshness and comply with FIFO protocols
- Collaborate with overnight team for efficient workflow and space management
- Maintain clean, organized stockroom and sales floor areas
- Operate inventory scanners and maintain accurate stock records
- Report maintenance issues or stock discrepancies to management
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Reliable transportation to early morning shifts
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Must be available for early morning shifts (4:00 AM start time)
