Responsibilities
- Stock shelves, displays, and backroom areas with merchandise according to planograms
- Ensure product freshness and rotate inventory using FIFO methods
- Operate pallet jacks and maintain organized, clutter-free sales floors
- Set up promotional displays and seasonal merchandise
- Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies to management
- Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards
- Collaborate with overnight team for seamless store transitions
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Availability to work 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM shifts (Monday-Sunday)
- Basic math skills for inventory and cash register operations
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to early shifts
- No prior experience required - training provided
