Responsibilities
- Unload and merchandise incoming shipments efficiently and accurately
- Organize inventory according to company standards and store layout
- Ensure product freshness and rotate stock using FIFO methods
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe stockroom environments
- Collaborate with overnight team to optimize stocking workflows
- Conduct basic inventory counts and report discrepancies
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation for early morning shifts (4:00 AM start)
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Passion for maintaining high visual merchandising standards
