Responsibilities
- Unload and sort incoming merchandise shipments during early morning shifts (4:00 AM - 10:00 AM)
- Stock shelves, displays, and storage areas according to company standards
- Rotate inventory to ensure product freshness and proper stock rotation
- Maintain clean, organized stockroom and sales floor areas
- Operate pallet jacks and basic warehouse equipment safely
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory checks as assigned
- Collaborate with overnight team to ensure seamless store preparation
Qualifications
- Ability to work consistently early morning shifts (4:00 AM start time)
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Reliable transportation to early morning shifts
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Must pass pre-employment background check
