Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming shipments in the early morning hours (3 AM - 11 AM)
- Stock shelves, displays, and storage areas according to inventory guidelines
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to management
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work environments in all storage zones
- Operate pallet jacks and basic warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with overnight team to ensure seamless store operations
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and loss prevention standards
Qualifications
- Availability to work early morning shifts (3 AM - 11 AM) including weekends
- Ability to stand, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks repeatedly
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and stocking procedures
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Reliable transportation to Chula Vista location
- No prior experience required – comprehensive training provided
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in a team environment
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision
