Responsibilities
- Unload, organize, and merchandise incoming merchandise according to company standards
- Stock shelves, displays, and coolers in assigned departments before store opening
- Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies to management
- Maintain clean and organized stockroom and sales floor areas
- Collaborate with overnight team to ensure seamless operations
- Adhere to safety protocols and proper lifting techniques
- Assist with price changes and promotional set-ups as needed
Qualifications
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Availability to work early morning shifts (typically 4 AM - 12 PM)
- Basic math skills for inventory tasks
- Reliable transportation to Pacific Avenue location
- Ability to work efficiently independently and as part of a team
- Forklift certification a plus but not required
