Responsibilities
- Stock and organize merchandise in assigned departments before store opening
- Operate inventory management systems and maintain accurate stock records
- Collaborate with overnight team for seamless inventory rotation
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards
- Process deliveries and maintain clean, organized stockrooms
- Assist with price marking and promotional displays
- Participate in quarterly inventory audits
Qualifications
- Ability to work 4:00 AM - 10:00 AM shifts, Monday-Saturday
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Previous stocking or retail experience preferred
- COVID-19 vaccination required
- Background check and drug screening mandatory
