Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Provide outstanding customer service and resolve inquiries promptly
- Manage cash handling, including counting registers and balancing daily reports
- Maintain organized checkout areas and assist with stocking merchandise
- Support store operations by helping with inventory and merchandising tasks
- Ensure compliance with all security and loss prevention protocols
Qualifications
- Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred
- Strong numerical accuracy and cash handling skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
