Responsibilities
- Unload and merchandise incoming shipments with precision and speed
- Organize and stock shelves to maintain optimal inventory levels
- Ensure store cleanliness and safety standards throughout the shift
- Collaborate with overnight team to prioritize stocking tasks
- Operate pallet jacks and inventory management systems efficiently
- Rotate stock to ensure freshness and minimize waste
- Assist with price marking and promotional displays as needed
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to early morning shifts (4:00 AM start)
- Basic computer skills for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Must pass background check and drug screening
