Responsibilities
- Unload, organize, and merchandise incoming shipments during overnight shifts
- Stock shelves, coolers, and display areas according to planogram standards
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records
- Ensure store readiness for daily opening through efficient stocking procedures
- Collaborate with overnight team to maintain safety and cleanliness standards
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklift) safely and efficiently
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- Ability to work 4 AM - 12 PM shifts consistently
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Reliable transportation to early morning shifts
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
