Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming merchandise from delivery trucks efficiently
- Stock shelves, coolers, and display areas according to planogram standards
- Rotate products to ensure freshness and proper expiration date management
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe stockroom and sales floor areas
- Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies to management promptly
- Collaborate with team members to achieve stocking and merchandising goals
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely
- Adhere to all food safety and retail compliance protocols
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Previous stocking, warehouse, or retail experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable early morning availability (typically 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM shifts)
- Basic math skills for inventory management tasks
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if applicable for store locations)
- Passion for maintaining high standards of store presentation
