Responsibilities
- Stock, rotate, and merchandise products according to company standards and planograms
- Operate pallet jacks and safely unload deliveries from trucks
- Inspect products for quality and report damages or discrepancies
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe stockroom and sales floor areas
- Collaborate with overnight team to prioritize stocking tasks
- Participate in inventory counts and loss prevention measures
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
Qualifications
- Ability to work 4:00 AM - 12:30 PM shifts (Monday-Friday)
- Previous retail stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic math skills for inventory tasks and product counts
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods on concrete floors
- Valid driver's license for equipment operation (if required)
