Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and merchandise shipments from delivery trucks
- Stock shelves, displays, and backroom areas according to planograms
- Ensure accurate inventory counts and report discrepancies
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work environments
- Collaborate with overnight teams to meet stocking deadlines
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Assist with price marking, signage, and promotional displays
Qualifications
- Availability to work 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM shifts
- Previous retail or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic math proficiency for inventory tasks
- Reliable transportation to early morning shifts
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
