Responsibilities
- Unload and merchandise shipments according to company standards
- Organize and maintain clean, stocked shelves in assigned departments
- Operate pallet jacks and warehouse equipment safely
- Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies
- Collaborate with overnight team to ensure store readiness
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Assist with receiving, sorting, and labeling products
Qualifications
- Ability to work 4:00 AM - 12:30 PM shifts
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ lbs regularly
- Reliable transportation to early morning shifts
- Positive attitude and customer service focus
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- No prior experience necessary – training provided
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
