Responsibilities
- Efficiently stock, organize, and rotate merchandise in high-traffic retail environments
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with precision and safety protocols
- Collaborate with overnight teams to maintain inventory accuracy and store readiness
- Conduct quality checks on products to ensure freshness and compliance standards
- Implement visual merchandising strategies to optimize product presentation
- Document inventory discrepancies and report maintenance needs promptly
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in retail, warehouse, or stocking environments
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Early morning availability (3:30 AM - 12:00 PM shift)
- Basic math proficiency for inventory tracking
- Valid Oregon driver's license (if operating company vehicles)
