Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and stock merchandise in assigned departments before store opening
- Ensure product displays are fully stocked, organized, and visually appealing
- Operate pallet jacks and inventory management systems efficiently
- Rotate stock to ensure freshness and proper inventory control
- Collaborate with overnight crew for seamless workflow transitions
- Maintain clean and safe work areas following OSHA guidelines
- Report inventory discrepancies and damaged goods to supervisors
Qualifications
- Ability to work 4:00 AM - 10:00 AM shifts (Monday-Friday)
- Previous retail or stocking experience preferred but not required
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Positive attitude and teamwork-oriented mindset
