Responsibilities
- Unload and merchandise incoming shipments accurately and efficiently
- Organize and rotate inventory according to FIFO standards
- Ensure all store displays are fully stocked and visually appealing
- Maintain clean and organized stockroom and sales floor areas
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely
- Collaborate with overnight team to optimize stocking workflows
- Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies promptly
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible early morning shifts (4:00 AM - 12:00 PM)
- Previous stocking or retail experience preferred
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to operate pallet jacks after training
- Positive attitude and teamwork mindset
