Responsibilities
- Unload and organize merchandise shipments in the stockroom
- Efficiently stock shelves and displays before store opening
- Rotate inventory to ensure freshness and proper stock levels
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
- Collaborate with overnight team for smooth transitions
- Operate pallet jacks and inventory management systems
- Report inventory discrepancies to management
Qualifications
- Reliable early morning availability (4-8 AM shifts)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong work ethic and time management abilities
- Previous stockroom or retail experience preferred
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends
