Responsibilities
- Unload and sort merchandise from delivery trucks efficiently
- Stock shelves and display areas in organized, visually appealing arrangements
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain clean and safe work environments following OSHA guidelines
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper certification
- Collaborate with overnight team to optimize stocking workflows
- Participate in monthly inventory audits and cycle counts
Qualifications
- Must be available for early morning shifts (4 AM - 12 PM)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
