Responsibilities
- Unload and organize merchandise shipments using provided equipment
- Stock shelves with precision, ensuring optimal product visibility
- Operate pallet jacks and stocking carts safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean, organized stockroom and sales floor areas
- Collaborate with overnight team to prioritize stocking tasks
- Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies promptly
- Adhere to safety protocols for handling heavy/large items
Qualifications
- Ability to work 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM shifts (Monday-Saturday)
- Basic math skills for inventory and stocking tasks
- Experience operating warehouse equipment preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly with provided equipment
- Reliable transportation to early morning shifts
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Previous retail or stocking experience a plus
