Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming merchandise in the early morning hours (4:00 AM - 10:00 AM)
- Stock shelves, displays, and coolers according to planogram standards
- Rotate inventory to ensure freshness and compliance with FIFO principles
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe stockroom environments
- Collaborate with overnight team to prioritize high-demand items
- Assist with inventory counts and price verification tasks
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible early morning shifts (4:00 AM start time)
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory management and price verification
- Attention to detail with strong organizational abilities
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential
- Team player with positive attitude in fast-paced settings
- Ability to operate basic retail equipment (pallet jack, ladder)
