Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming merchandise deliveries before store opening
- Stock shelves, coolers, and displays according to inventory plans
- Rotate products to ensure freshness and compliance with FIFO principles
- Maintain clean and organized stockroom and sales floor areas
- Operate pallet jacks and inventory management systems efficiently
- Collaborate with overnight team to optimize workflow
- Report inventory discrepancies and safety hazards promptly
Qualifications
- Must be available to start shifts at 4:00 AM or earlier
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Previous retail or stocking experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic math abilities for inventory management
- Reliable transportation to Anchorage worksite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Forklift certification a plus (training provided if needed)
